The installation process will create a file called sitebndl.bin that will contain the service information for the LHS. As per the instructions in the distribution, you will need to send the file to the DOI technical support service provider at doi-admin@doi.org. Name, organization name, and the fact that the request is coming from a DOI RA is important so that the technical support service provider knows to create prefixes that begin with 10.
